The Language Lifeline Of Vital Emphasis (LOVE):

Therapy cannot be merely a series of tasks executed between the therapist and the child. Meaningful, functional change in speech, language, and listening skills happens more effectively and more efficiently when the family is actively involved and is coached in how to create a LIFESTYLE of listening, language, and learning.
Speech-Language Therapy
As an SLP, LSLS, and executive function specialist, Brandy N. Storck, MC SSS-SLP/L, LSLS Cert. AVT has customized her own treatment approach to incorporate fundamentals of each specialization, regardless of the presenting diagnosis. These include an intentional focus on auditory skill development, family and teacher coaching/collaboration, self-advocacy, and speech and language-rich experiences centered around natural play, learning, and academic experiences as often as possible. Each paired with an intentional focus on developing effective and highly functional executive function skills, which are the foundation for all learning. And special attention given to the mental health of the child as well as the family unit. Her treatment protocol is focused on the "how" and "why" in effectively coaching families for carryover between sessions, rather than the "what", resulting in incredible outcomes.
Brandy has been specializing in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) and Listening and Spoken Language (LSL) services, providing therapy, coaching, and consulting to children, families, and schools, since 2002. She has spent the entirety of her career coaching, consulting, and investing into the whole team rather than just the child recognizing that in so doing, you net a far greater return on your teaching investment in the developmental magnitude of the child.
