Given frequent requests to serve the children in preschool and daycare settings, we created a modified version of our Parent/Child Play & Learn Classes in offering Teacher/Student Play & Learn Classes! Our Speech-Language Pathologist and Listening and Spoken Language Specialist begins by presenting your lead educational staff with a brief in-service followed by scheduled times to come in to the classroom, partnering with the teachers, and leading the children through 4-6 weeks of 20-minute weekly "circle times". These "circle times" are custom designed to equip the teachers with specific, age-appropriate, evidence-based strategies and activities for creating a listening and language rich environment in the classroom.
